Lift Off Strength Training Session with On Running

Coming up next Wednesday (April 18th), we will be joined by trainer Eric from Lift Off Strength in Encino, to lead us in a little bit of a different work out than our usual Wednesday community run. Eric will lead us through a warm up strength routine before we go out on a shorter run than normal (2 miles). When we get back from the run, Eric will again lead us through a few more strength exercises.

As an added bonus, Ali from On Running will also be joining us that night, bringing with her the CloudX, the best cross training/running shoe that they make. Not only will we have the opportunity to learn some new strength training to add to our usual running routine, but we will get to try new shoes as well!

It should be a super exciting night and a lot of fun as well! We are looking forward to seeing you all!
