LA Marathon Training Program

 

The 18-week session Training Program for the LA Marathon Training begins Tuesday November 11th at 6:30pm.

Join Fleet Feet Sports & our sponsor, ADIDAS, to Run/Walk the LA Marathon on March 15th, 2015!

When: Starting November 11th, weekly training runs will be at 6:30pm on Tuesdays, 7:00am Saturdays, and 7:30pm every Wednesday for our weekly yoga class. Info meetings will be held on November 4th at 6:30 p.m  AND November 8th at 5:30 p.m at Fleet Feet Encino.

Where: The group meets in the Rubio Plaza Parking lot in front of Fleet Feet Sports Encino on Tuesdays and at Balboa park on Saturdays.

Program Cost$75 if you choose to partner with either Team CATS or Team ARC.

$130 for running as a non-charity participant.

Also, participants can choose to add optional weekly BDX cross training for an additional $160. Prices do not include race registration

*If you are interested in doing a Half Marathon, make sure you have a partner to split the Marathon Race.Training cost is $100.

Along the way, we'll keep you moving with guidance and advice, weekly group training runs or walks, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury.

As part of the Team CATS LA Marathon Training Program, participants will receive the following:

  • A 18-week training program and calendar with workouts provided
  • Coach-guided weekly training sessions and yoga class with Ko Ohka
  • Access to coaches via email during the week
  • Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions
  • The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
