Join Other Moms to Get Back into the Groove!
If you have been looking for a group of women to help keep you driven and consistent in your workouts, look no further than Moms in Motion. Led by Karen Kalan, a dedicated mom and athlete, these moms in motion meet every Monday evening from 6:30-7:30pm in our Encino location. The next session will be beginning very soon (exact date TBA) so hurry and sign up! The exercises range from pushups and sit-ups, to running laps, to core and everything in between.
Karen Kalan joined MIM in 2012 and began leading the Encino team at that time while also assisting with the Griffith park team. She is a mother of two and has been a competitive athlete for over 20 years now. Her running resume includes 6 marathons, 10 half-marathons, and 8 triathlons.
