Every third Wednesday of the month, we will be joined by Eric and his team from Lift Off Strength who will go over a variety of cross training strength exercises to supplement our typical run. Some days we will simply do a strength routine here in store before heading out on our usual run; other times we will run over to Lift Off and do a workout there, before finishing our run back to the store. This is a partnership we have had in the past (a few years back), and we are super excited to start it up again!
Switching up the usual training routine is the best way to keep your body fresh and ready for anything. A varied workout routine can greatly decrease the chances of injury or strain on the body. Mark your calendars everyone cause we are just getting started. See you all there!
